Recruitment Coordinator – Contract-to-Hire (NYC)

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Recruitment Coordinator to join a fast‑moving Talent Acquisition team at a top‑tier global investment firm. This contract‑to‑hire position supports a high volume of interview scheduling while ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple business lines and hiring teams.
• Manage a high‑volume interview calendar, often supporting 70+ interviews per week.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interview panels to ensure efficient scheduling and clear communication.
• Handle interview logistics, including calendar invites, conference rooms, virtual meeting links, and candidate communications.
• Maintain candidate records and recruiting data in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Assist with offer coordination and pre‑employment onboarding activities.
• Generate recruiting reports and provide scheduling metrics as needed.

Required profile

• 1‑3+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in Talent Acquisition support.
• Proven ability to manage high‑volume recruiting environments.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast‑paced setting while maintaining confidentiality.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, Taleo, iCIMS, or Lever.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace products.
