Recruiting Solutions Engineer

About the role

Anthropic is looking for a Recruiting Solutions Engineer to act as the trusted technical partner for its Recruiting organization. You will help recruiters harness Claude, Anthropic’s large‑language model, to build AI‑augmented hiring workflows and scale best practices across the team.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated technical advisor embedded with recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators, expanding Claude’s use in real hiring workflows.
• Identify, codify, and teach recruiter‑created AI skills and workarounds through sessions, office hours, and workshops.
• Provide hands‑on support: pair on prompts, debug issues, and turn recurring questions into reusable documentation.
• Develop fast‑prototype pilots for high‑value workflows that cannot be solved by education alone, and guide them toward production.
• Collaborate with the internal AI Council and People Products to vet, hand off, and productionize recruiter‑built tools.
• Analyze patterns across teams and feed insights back to Recruiting leadership, Data Solutions, and People Products.
• Create technical content such as documentation, tutorials, sample skills, and walkthroughs for non‑engineering audiences.
• Foster community engagement through internal hackathons, demo sessions, and technical office hours.

Required profile

• Professional experience as a Software Engineer, Forward‑Deployed Engineer, or Solutions Engineer.
• Strong ability to translate recruiting needs into technical solutions and to work closely with non‑technical stakeholders.
• Passion for AI, prompt engineering, and building reusable, scalable workflows.
