Recruiting Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruiting Operations Coordinator to act as the bridge between our recruitment consultants and clients. This remote, freelance position supports our Boston office and ensures a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Set up new clients and maintain client records in our ATS.
• Create and manage client pages within the ATS.
• Accurately post new job vacancies.
• Prepare and submit candidate profiles via email, Slack, or other client platforms.
• Ensure all submissions follow the agreed format and include necessary context.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between clients and consultants.
• Chase consultants for updates and follow up with clients for interview feedback.
• Keep the recruitment process moving from submission to offer.

Required profile

• Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Self‑starter who takes initiative without being prompted.
• Confident communicator at all levels, both written and verbal.
• Persistent and proactive in following up on actions.
• Comfortable asking questions and challenging processes when needed.
• Strong client‑facing and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Proficiency using Slack for communication.
