Recruiting Manager

About the role

Robert Half is hiring a Recruiting Manager in Pittsburgh. The role combines business development with recruiting: growing a client base and new business, introducing services to clients, and placing professionals in full-time positions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow a client base and new business opportunities
• Introduce services through video, telephone and in-person meetings with new and existing clients to expand their use of the firm's services
• Recruit, evaluate and place professionals in full-time positions with clients
• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and candidates
• Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates
• Take part in industry trade associations to strengthen the firm's presence in the local community

Required profile

• A business-related degree, ideally in Finance or Accounting
• At least 2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting and/or successful permanent placement recruiting experience
• Proven track record of success, excellent communication skills and a high sense of urgency
• Ability to leverage experience to manage and grow the business
