Recruiting Coordinator – Temporary (6 months)

About the role

The Recruiting Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for candidates during onsite interview days. This temporary, six‑month position ensures a smooth, professional experience for all interviewees while supporting the talent operations team.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate all onsite candidate interviews.
• Arrange and manage candidate travel and accommodations.
• Host candidates, provide tours, and oversee day‑of interview logistics.
• Learn and communicate basic information about SpaceX programs to candidates.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process.
• Assist the talent operations team with special projects as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Previous experience in recruiting, human resources, marketing, sales, or technology environments.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to work overtime and be present onsite in Redmond, WA.

Required skills

• Experience with Greenhouse or a similar applicant tracking system.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook and Microsoft Office tools.
• Basic knowledge of personnel policies and employment law.
