Recruiting Coordinator – Entry Level

About the role

Flip is looking for an enthusiastic Recruiting Coordinator to help build its fast‑growing AI SaaS team. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience across the full recruiting lifecycle, working closely with hiring managers and leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates for engineering, product, sales, and operations roles.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate across multiple time zones.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in Greenhouse ATS.
• Conduct initial screening calls and educate candidates about Flip.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to clarify role requirements.
• Ensure a high‑quality candidate experience at every stage.
• Support recruiting operations, employer branding, and hiring projects as the company scales.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, sales, or a related field (internships welcome).
• Strong interest in talent acquisition, startups, and AI technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable learning new tools and systems.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to grow.
