Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Cielo is seeking a proactive Recruiter to drive service excellence throughout the full recruitment cycle. Acting as a brand ambassador, you will partner with hiring leaders to attract top talent for production, manufacturing, and high‑volume environments while maintaining clear, timely communication.

Key responsibilities

• Lead detailed job‑scope meetings with hiring leaders to define position specifications and provide market insights.
• Review and evaluate candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) against role requirements.
• Design and execute recruitment marketing and sourcing plans using resume databases, Boolean search, and networking sites.
• Utilize Cielo’s proprietary software for mobile and email campaigns to engage talent communities.
• Communicate the value proposition to candidates, prepare them for interviews, and keep them informed throughout the process.
• Conduct phone interviews, skills testing, and reference checks as required.
• Partner with hiring leaders on offer details, leveraging market data and compensation guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting for production, manufacturing, or high‑volume roles.
• Strong ability to lead job‑scope discussions and translate requirements into actionable search strategies.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on candidate experience.
• Ability to assess candidate fit using interview notes, skills assessments, and background information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Advanced Boolean search techniques for candidate sourcing.
• Experience using proprietary recruiting software for mobile and email outreach.
