Recruiter – Light Industrial (Onsite, Charlotte, NC)

About the role

Kelly Services is seeking a proactive Recruiter to lead full‑life‑cycle hiring for light‑industrial and warehouse positions. You will work onsite in Charlotte, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent and ensure a fair, efficient selection process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of industrial roles across multiple levels and locations.
• Source and screen both passive candidates and active applicants using job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system (Avature).
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and maintain consistent, equitable assessment practices.

Required profile

• Customer‑centric mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Results‑driven, action‑oriented, and able to work with urgency.
• Excellent time‑management, multitasking, and prioritisation skills.
• Adaptable to changing or ambiguous situations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum of 2 years high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting experience in an industrial or warehouse environment.
