About the role

Connect Search is looking for a motivated Recruiter to join its growing internal team. You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, attract, and assess qualified candidates for a variety of client and internal roles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through each stage of the hiring journey.
• Manage multiple searches simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet hiring timelines.
• Track and report recruitment metrics to ensure a data‑driven approach.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine job descriptions.

Required profile

• Prior staffing or recruiting experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a performance‑driven environment.
