About the role

Lumos is looking for a Recruiter to help build the team behind its Autonomous Identity Platform. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for both technical and non‑technical positions, shaping the candidate experience and contributing to the evolution of our recruiting strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruiting from intake to offer, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and candidate communication.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, align interview panels, and improve the candidate funnel.
• Generate a strong pipeline of passive talent through creative outreach and storytelling, aiming for at least 50% self‑sourced candidates on priority roles.
• Help standardize and continuously improve recruiting processes, including interview kickoffs, debriefs, and feedback loops.
• Contribute to recruiting strategy, process enhancements, and employer branding initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of roles.
• Consultative approach with hiring managers and ability to influence hiring decisions.
• Strong sourcing skills and a track record of building self‑sourced pipelines.
• Ability to design and refine recruiting processes for scalability.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
