About the role

As a Recruiter at Hadrian, you will help scale the talent pool across software, hardware, operations, and leadership functions for a fast‑growing autonomous‑factory company. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver a high‑quality candidate experience that reflects the company’s mission to reinvent American manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruiting for diverse functions including software engineering, hardware, operations, finance, HR, legal, sales and marketing.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define success profiles, develop sourcing strategies and manage interview processes.
• Build and maintain diverse pipelines using creative sourcing techniques.
• Track recruiting metrics, identify bottlenecks and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Contribute to employer branding, talent market mapping, DEI initiatives and recruiting operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting, preferably in technical or fast‑growth environments.
• Strong partnership mindset with hiring managers and ability to influence hiring strategy.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a focus on candidate experience.
• Data‑oriented approach to measuring recruiting performance.
