Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

Outmarket is seeking a proactive Recruiter to own end‑to‑end talent acquisition across the company. You will work directly with hiring managers and senior leadership to define hiring strategies, source high‑quality candidates, and ensure a smooth, high‑touch hiring experience as the company scales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruiting for a range of positions, from initial brief to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to craft search strategies, define hiring criteria, and design interview processes.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines, proactively sourcing candidates for hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve the recruiting workflow.
• Provide a positive candidate experience while meeting aggressive hiring timelines.

Required profile

• 4–8+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high‑growth SaaS, startup, or technology environments.
• Proven ability to run searches independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong judgment in candidate assessment and process management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, able to build trust quickly at all organization levels.
• Detail‑oriented with the capacity to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
