Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Hiring (Onsite, Kansas City)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Recruiter to join our Kansas City team on‑site. You will manage the full life‑cycle hiring process for a variety of industrial and warehouse positions, helping to match the right talent with the right opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct full‑cycle recruiting across multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Attract, source and screen both passive prospects and active applicants using job boards and the Bullhorn ATS.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure fair, consistent assessment and selection.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting experience in an industrial/warehouse setting.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong collaborative abilities.
• Results‑driven, action‑oriented, and able to work with urgency.
• Excellent time‑management, multitasking and prioritisation skills.
• Adaptable to changing or ambiguous situations and strong written and verbal communication.

Required skills

• Bullhorn applicant tracking system.
