Recruiter – Finance & Accounting Contracts

About the role

Grayson Search Partners is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join its finance and accounting contract practice. You will work in a high‑volume environment, building and managing candidate pipelines while partnering with clients ranging from Fortune 500 firms to fast‑growing start‑ups.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute candidate sourcing strategies tailored to finance and accounting roles.
• Screen applicants for competency against job requirements.
• Coordinate telephone, video, or in‑person interviews.
• Present top‑qualified candidate resumes to clients.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth candidate onboarding.
• Maintain transparent, ongoing communication with candidates throughout the process.

Required profile

• 2+ years of agency recruiting experience (preferred).
• Willingness to learn finance and accounting concepts.
• Strong interpersonal and decision‑making abilities.
• Experience developing and managing candidate pipelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance, Business, Communications, or related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM/ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn).
• Boolean search techniques.
• Microsoft Office Suite.
