Regional Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Regional Human Resources Manager is the primary HR contact for employees across one or more regions, partnering with leadership to align people strategies with business goals. You will drive HR program delivery, ensure compliance, and support a high‑performing, safety‑focused workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Manage execution of HR programs including staffing, benefits, employee relations, training, and safety initiatives.
• Oversee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Coach leaders on performance management processes.
• Collaborate with field and corporate teams to standardize HR practices.
• Ensure regional sites comply with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in designing and implementing employee retention strategies.
• Coordinate quarterly visits to regional facilities and lead employee meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR management or generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment law.
• Willingness to travel 50% or more of the time.
