Key responsibilities

• Create benchmark answers for recruiting‑related career questions.
• Develop profession‑specific scoring rubrics.
• Evaluate AI‑generated guidance on sourcing, interviewing, hiring strategy, and talent‑acquisition leadership pathways.
• Identify inaccurate, unrealistic, or outdated recommendations and provide written rationales.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Hands‑on experience with sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, and hiring candidates.
• Familiarity with recruiting career progression and talent‑acquisition functions.
• Strong written communication and analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Experience using recruiting technologies and applicant tracking systems (preferred).
