Records and Digital Engagement Specialist

About the role

The Records and Digital Engagement Specialist supports the Office of the Registrar by managing student records, creating marketing materials, and maintaining digital communications. This role blends operational accuracy with creative outreach to enhance student services and university branding.

Key responsibilities

• Process student record changes, answer multi‑line phones, and ensure FERPA compliance.
• Design graphics for marketing campaigns and manage departmental webpages and social media accounts.
• Develop and execute e‑marketing initiatives, including email and text message templates.
• Assist with registration, transcripts, enrollment certifications, and end‑of‑term processes.
• Support commencement events and special projects for the Registrar’s Office.

Required profile

• Associate’s degree (or equivalent experience) with at least three years of related work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends for university events.

Required skills

• Adobe Suite or Canva for graphic design.
• Banner Student Information System knowledge.
• Experience with Cascade content management.
• Familiarity with Mongoose Cadence engagement platform.
• Social media management and email marketing tools.
