Receiving Administrator

About the role

The Receiving Administrator is responsible for accurately processing inbound shipments, verifying receipts, and maintaining inventory records in the company's systems. This role works closely with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and coordinate all receiving purchase orders for beer, wine, spirits, and non‑alcoholic products.
• Update item master dimensions and product characteristics in the WMS (logPRO) and ensure proper posting in the primary business system.
• Direct and coordinate product put‑away and schedule carrier appointments based on product type and workload.
• Communicate with internal departments such as Supply Chain, Trade Development, Sales, and Warehouse Management, as well as external carriers and suppliers.
• Handle associated paperwork, including bills of lading, invoices, and other receiving documents.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent training and work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or warehouse environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to multitask, work independently or within a team, and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficient PC skills using Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems, specifically logPRO.
