Real Estate Strategy Senior Analyst

About the role

Circle K is hiring a Real Estate Strategy Senior Analyst for its Enterprise Real Estate Strategy & Reporting team. The role supports Real Estate leadership with advanced analytics, workflow automation and dynamic dashboarding, delivering insights and reporting that drive investment decisions. It reports to the Director Enterprise Real Estate Strategy and works with stakeholders across Real Estate, Construction, Property Management and other enterprise teams.

Key responsibilities

• Synthesize complex strategic problems into clear, actionable plans and drive execution with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Finance, Construction, Operations, Marketing and others to align real estate analysis with enterprise goals.
• Build executive-ready presentations and reports, and lead ad hoc analyses using store performance, investment and financial data.
• Analyze the real estate portfolio and support development strategies aimed at optimization, cost savings and improved ROI.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend automation or enhancements.
• Analyze the store network and competitors using internal data and third-party sources.
• Develop automated workflows in Alteryx and maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards.
• Assist with training new team members and help coordinate communications and organizational tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree; major in business administration, analytics, finance, real estate or similar preferred.
• 3+ years of work experience in analytics, GIS, market research, business analytics or finance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Preferred: 2+ years with a national or international retailer, and 3+ years in analytics, real estate or finance.

Required skills

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in data analysis with various tools and statistical packages.
• Preferred: advanced Excel (lookups, pivot tables), Power BI, Alteryx, GIS systems, Smartsheet, Google Earth, SharePoint, retail site selection principles and trade area research.
