Queue Coordinator – ServiceNow Ticket Management

About the role

MANTECH is seeking a motivated Queue Coordinator to support intelligence customers by managing service tickets and coordinating IT workflows. The position is based onsite in Annapolis Junction, MD (or San Antonio, TX) with a night shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Review, assign, reconcile and track service tickets throughout their lifecycle using ServiceNow.
• Provide technical and telephonic support for remote monitoring to intelligence customers.
• Coordinate with IT service providers, communicate outages, and assist with recovery plans.
• Work with site leads and regional managers to prioritize tickets and assign tasks.
• Conduct database research to support ticket requirements and follow up with work centers to ensure completion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years experience, or equivalent education/experience combination.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience with ServiceNow and workflow management.
• Current active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Ability to remain stationary for extended periods and perform repetitive computer tasks.
