Quality Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

In this role you are responsible for facilitating high‑quality performance and compliance in Philips factories and overseeing manufacturing processes. You will support analytical testing, supplier quality engineering, and drive continuous improvement across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate operations performance monitoring, reporting, improvement programs, and support analytical testing and Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) and Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA).
• Conduct impact assessments for Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and assist in manufacturing process development and design transfer.
• Lead analysis of defects, manage non‑conformances (NC) and quality notifications (QN), and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Oversee quality engineering and assurance tasks, maintain manufacturing quality systems, and execute process validation and improvement activities.
• Lead validation protocols, support production builds for validation, analyze data for reports, and contribute to New Product Introduction (NPI) and product transfers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Science or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in quality engineering, safety engineering, process engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience with medical device regulations and standards, Process Quality Management, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, and Data Analysis.
