Repair Coordinator

About the role

The Repair Coordinator determines the daily repair schedule for the repair team and ensures inventory availability to meet customer demand. This onsite position works closely with factory order management, SPS planners, and production planning.

Key responsibilities

• Determine and manage daily/weekly repair schedules and facilitate planning handshake meetings with Repair, Production, and Operations Management.
• Coordinate with factory order management, SPS planner, and production planning to ensure timely completion of repair orders.
• Troubleshoot production orders and material issues, applying detailed production scheduling (DPS) and materials requirements planning (MRP) processes.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a production plant or manufacturing site.
• High school diploma, vocational training or equivalent; Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Self‑starter who works well independently or within a team.

Required skills

• Manufacturing principles and production planning/scheduling.
• Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) and Detailed Production Scheduling (DPS).
• Troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Master data management and supply chain management.
