Continuous Improvement Lead

About the role

Philips is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead to drive productivity enhancements across the end‑to‑end value chain, focusing on ISC functions. You will partner with site leadership to implement lean methodologies, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and support sustainable operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute productivity improvements that increase efficiency and effectiveness across the value chain.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities by optimizing processes and streamlining workflows.
• Partner with site leadership to implement improvement plans, new capabilities, and standardized procedures.
• Apply Operational Excellence methods, support Kaizen events and Six Sigma projects, and maintain clear process documentation.

Required profile

• 4+ years of technical experience in Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree or vocational education in Engineering, Business Administration, Lean Manufacturing, Production Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent.
• US work authorization without sponsorship.

Required skills

• Lean Six Sigma (certification preferred)
• Kaizen methodology
• Six Sigma tools and techniques
