Quality Manager – Drive Continuous Improvement

About the role

The Quality Manager will lead strategic quality initiatives for a complex product line, collaborating with global teams to ensure compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Set medium- to long‑term strategic direction and operating plans for the market/product line.
• Define guidelines for quality assurance, product quality control, incoming quality control, and customer issue management.
• Initiate and approve projects that improve efficiency and competitiveness.
• Provide direct supervision, performance management, and coaching for the quality team.
• Resolve complex, multi‑faceted problems using analytical and innovative approaches.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, verified before start.
• At least five years of combined quality and/or manufacturing experience.
• Minimum two years in a quality or manufacturing leadership role.

Required skills

• Experience with ISO 9001:2015.
• Knowledge of NIOSH respiratory standards.
• Proficiency in quality improvement methodologies such as MSA, SPC, FMEA, and PPU.
