Quality Engineer

About the role

The Quality Engineer will perform engineering calculations, investigations and technical tasks while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to support defined problems. The role involves preparing clear documentation and visual aids to communicate project progress and results.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct engineering calculations, load and stress analyses, and investigations as assigned.
• Manage project timelines, coordinate activities with customers, and communicate requirements.
• Prepare reports, graphs, planning layouts, and summaries to convey project status.
• Design, develop, and troubleshoot components and systems to meet customer specifications.
• Utilize CAD (2D/3D), schematics, general‑arrangement and production layout drawings, and fabrication/shop drawings.
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and safety regulations.
• Provide technical writing and functional explanations of component integration.
• Assist in improving production methods, determining manufacturing capacity, and setting production schedules.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 2–5 years of related engineering experience.
• Ability to work in cross‑functional teams with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
• Strong mechanical, mathematical, problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to organize and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Field experience is a plus.
