Quality Coordinator – Calibration & Supplier Management

About the role

Moog’s Military Aircraft Group is seeking a Quality Coordinator to support the Quality department with calibration, supplier management, and audit activities. The position is onsite in Mineral Wells, TX and plays a key part in ensuring product compliance and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate external calibration suppliers, schedule services and minimize production impact.
• Track in‑house system calibrations with the Mechanical Engineering team and maintain the calibration database.
• Manage the Approved Supplier List (ASL) in the Syteline ERP, process supplier surveys, and communicate approvals.
• Maintain the Supplier Rating System, shelf‑life program, Material Review Board authorizations, and scrap tracking.
• Support internal and external audits (AS9100, FAA, customer) and oversee the AS9100 internal audit program.
• Control QMS stamps, prepare weekly/monthly quality metrics reports, and update the quality bulletin board.
• Provide portal access for customer scorecards and assist with communications for Moog locations in Alaska and India.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least three years of related experience.
• Familiarity with the AS9100 Quality Management System.
• Strong administrative, organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• AS9100 quality management knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using ERP systems, specifically Syteline.
