Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

The Quality Assurance Manager is a key member of the plant’s quality team, responsible for ensuring that all production processes meet internal and external quality standards. This role involves overseeing compliance, managing corrective actions, and supporting continuous improvement across the facility.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of the plant’s Management System to verify regulatory and company compliance.
• Oversee Change Controls, identifying, evaluating, and documenting process adjustments.
• Investigate, document, and resolve deviations from standard operating procedures.
• Lead Quality CAPAs, ensuring root‑cause analysis and timely closure.
• Manage all Non‑Conformance events, from investigation to corrective action implementation.
• Handle the complaints process from receipt through investigation and resolution.
• Support internal and external audits, compile audit responses, and develop corrective action plans.
• Assess and authorize product disposition to ensure only compliant materials are released.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Regulatory, and EHS teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports in line with company and regulatory policies.

Required profile

• Experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory and company quality requirements.
• Ability to lead CAPA and audit activities.
• Strong investigative and problem‑solving skills.
• Food‑industry experience is a plus.
