Quality Assurance Auditor

About the role

The Quality Assurance Auditor ensures that resin and film products meet strict quality standards by performing laboratory and on‑line tests. This position supports safety, ISO, and GMP policies while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct lab tests on resin or film, including Elmendorf tear tests and dart drop tests.
• Gauge film thickness using Measure Tech equipment.
• Perform quality checks on production lines and take corrective action on non‑conforming product.
• Report non‑conformances to the Lead Quality Auditor or Shift Supervisor.
• Fill in for the Lead Quality Auditor when required.
• Maintain housekeeping and assist with tasks assigned by the Lead Quality Auditor or Quality Manager.
• Support all company safety, ISO, and GMP policies.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED with 1‑3 months related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to operate lab equipment, forklift or pallet jack, and standard office PC.
• Strong reading and writing skills for safety rules, procedures, and reports.
• Basic mathematical ability for measurements, percentages, and calculations.
• Physical capability to lift up to 57 lb unassisted, push/pull up to 100 lb, and stand or walk during 12‑hour shifts.
