Production Operator

About the role

UGN is seeking Production Operators for its Monroe, Ohio facility. The role involves working on one of three shifts to assemble, mold, trim, glue, inspect and package acoustic insulation, carpet and under‑floor products for major automotive customers.

Key responsibilities

• Follow standardized work instructions to manufacture, trim, inspect and pack products to quantity and quality specifications.
• Perform pre‑start checklists, record glue weights, tallies and other job‑related audits.
• Rotate between job cells and operate equipment such as molding presses, gluing stations and packaging lines.
• Maintain accurate process documentation and report any deviations.
• Support overtime and shift‑change requirements as needed.

Required profile

• Ability to work on 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift schedules.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Willingness to learn multiple tasks within the production line.
