Property & Casualty Operations Trainer

About the role

Gallagher is seeking a Property & Casualty Operations Trainer to lead learning and development for operational staff within its Client Service Organization. You will design, deliver, and reinforce training programs that enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and update learning assets within role‑based curricula.
• Design and produce new training materials, including classroom presentations, discussion guides, facilitator guides, web‑based modules, job aids, assessments, and certification programs.
• Deliver training sessions in classroom and webinar formats.
• Collaborate with HR, business managers, and functional teams to align training deliverables, review content, and roll out new courses.
• Interpret business challenges and recommend best‑practice learning solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, human resources, business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance or financial brokerage, with a focus on property and casualty.
• Proven instructional‑design expertise and ability to create engaging learning assets.
