Property & Casualty Insurance Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Property & Casualty Insurance Account Manager to join Copeland Insurance Group in Tyler, Texas. In this role you will connect with prospective clients, assess their insurance needs, and match them with appropriate policies while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Network and build relationships with potential clients.
• Assess individual client needs and recommend suitable insurance policies.
• Complete all required paperwork for policies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, compliance, and regulations.
• Keep accurate records of sold policies and prospective leads.
• Address and resolve client complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally.

Required profile

• General Property & Casualty Insurance License – Texas preferred (not mandatory).
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Agency Account Management Software such as Applied Epic or PL Rater.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
