Prompt Engineer – AI Operations

About the role
Archon Agents is seeking a Prompt Engineer to operationalize AI by turning models and agent workflows into reliable production systems for real client data. You will bridge software engineering and applied machine learning, owning the path from architecture to governed deployment.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy agentic workflows, tools, APIs, and integrations.
- Connect client systems such as CRMs, data warehouses, messaging, and internal APIs.
- Package and ship models and services in containerized, reproducible environments.
- Implement evaluations, monitoring, and alerting for accuracy, drift, and reliability.
Required profile
- 2+ years building and deploying software, ML, or AI systems in production.
- Clear communication and a strong bias toward shipping.
Required skills
- Python
- LLM tooling such as LangChain, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), and vector databases
- Experience with a major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Docker and API design
