Promotor de Crédito (Tienda)

About the role

AVIVA is looking for a dynamic Credit Promoter to work inside Bodega Aurrera stores. You will help customers understand and apply for financial credit products, contributing to the company’s mission of expanding access to finance across Mexico.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and offer credit products to store visitors, providing clear and reliable information.
• Guide customers through the entire credit application process, answering questions and building trust.
• Verify required documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Follow up on applications to guarantee a fast and satisfactory experience.
• Achieve placement targets while collaborating with teammates and maintaining a professional service attitude.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales floors, customer service modules, or credit placement.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals.
• Goal‑oriented, proactive, responsible and positive attitude.
• High school diploma (mandatory).
• Availability to work Monday‑Sunday, 10:00 am – 7:00 pm, with a fixed break on Thursdays.

What we offer

• Base monthly salary of MXN 9,582.47.
• Performance bonuses up to MXN 16,000 per month.
• Bimonthly top‑performer bonuses ranging from MXN 2,000 to MXN 15,000.
