Project Scheduler

About the role

Rowan Digital Infrastructure is seeking a Project Scheduler to own and manage scheduling for large‑scale data‑center campus development across the United States. The role reports to the Schedule Manager and works closely with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own and update multiple project schedules, conduct critical path analysis, and forecast progress.
• Identify potential schedule delays, escalate issues promptly, and maintain real‑time delay surveys.
• Coordinate timelines with internal departments and external stakeholders, and produce periodic status reports.
• Develop bullet‑point summaries for internal and investor updates and contribute to scheduling best‑practice documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, business or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of project scheduling experience, including at least 2 years in data‑center or large‑scale commercial construction.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex, multi‑phased projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Procore and other construction management software.
• Advanced expertise in MS Project and Primavera P6 (baseline maintenance, float analysis, reporting, coding, resource layout).
