Project Manager – Tile Installation

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead tile installation projects for Winn Tile. The role involves coordinating estimates, managing timelines, and acting as the liaison between contractors, architects, and our internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Establish performance timelines, delivery criteria, and coordinate installers.
• Contact contractors, architects, and designers to resolve drawing or specification issues after the initial estimate.
• Work with manufacturer representatives to determine special product needs or requirements.
• Review construction documents and scope of work, including specifications, and resolve any issues throughout the project life cycle.
• Manage project scope, ensuring changes are documented and approved with change request forms.
• Track and report on project timelines, milestones, budgets, and provide status reports to management.
• Conduct post‑project evaluation to compare results against estimates.
• Act as mediator between the general contractor and Winn Tile employees.
• Prepare quantity analysis for material orders using Callidus estimating software.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated ability to meet internal and external client commitments and timelines.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
