Project Manager

About the role

Join Pleasant Valley Corporation’s Facilities Management division as a Project Manager, serving as the primary client contact for multiple commercial construction and facility projects. You will oversee projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they meet client expectations, timelines, and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client maintenance requests, evaluate concerns, and manage work orders through completion using best practices.
• Create and manage work orders, source and assign subcontractors or technicians, and ensure timely, cost‑effective service delivery across 45–60 open work orders concurrently.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, negotiate quotes, provide updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to SOPs and company guidelines, support Facilities Management staff, lead rollouts, prepare bids, and identify additional business opportunities.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial facilities or property management, handling client issues and work‑order coordination.
• Proven phone‑based customer service expertise with strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred, or 5–7 years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Familiarity with construction and general trades; PMP certification is a plus.

• Strong computer proficiency, including experience with CRM systems.
• Data entry, scheduling, and reporting tool expertise.
