Construction Project Manager

About the role

The Construction Project Manager will lead multiple commercial construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 3–5 concurrent commercial projects valued from $30,000 to over $2M.
• Review proposals, negotiate contracts, and oversee subcontractor and vendor performance.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project and coordinate daily progress with coordinators and site supervisors.
• Communicate regularly with customers through updates, reports, and meetings.
• Handle project documentation, change orders, invoice reviews, and close‑out procedures using proprietary software.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management preferred (not required) with sufficient experience.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial construction experience.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and perform accurate material takeoffs.
• Extensive knowledge of general trades in commercial projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
