Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects for C‑CON across the Metro DC‑DMV area and the Carolinas. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, from initial planning through to close‑out, while ensuring quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project charters, work breakdown structures, and detailed schedules in collaboration with owners and architects.
• Coordinate internal teams and external contractors, track milestones, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Resolve issues, enforce health and safety plans, and ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, coach, and motivate project team members, conduct post‑project evaluations, and archive all project documentation.
• Supervise on‑site construction activities, monitor quality, control costs, and manage subcontractor performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Construction Management or a related field.
• 5–10 years of hands‑on project management experience in construction.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management software and related tools.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with construction management processes.
