About the role
As a Project Manager you will own and manage client deliverables for an assigned brand, guiding development efforts and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely, high‑quality, and budget‑friendly delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Execute cross‑functional projects in a matrixed environment, balancing requirements and resources to meet deadlines.
- Maintain dashboards and SharePoint sites to keep teams informed on deliverables and timelines.
- Advise on creative concept feasibility, plan resource assignments and identify bottlenecks.
- Escalate issues promptly and propose solutions to drive project success.
- Support ad‑hoc talent‑related projects and maintain accurate administrative records.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) and 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Production, Marketing Operations or a related field.
- Experience in pharmaceutical marketing and advertising is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational and financial aptitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat.
- Basic knowledge of SharePoint and project/financial management tools.
