SEO, GEO & Content Optimization Manager

About the role

DDN is looking for an SEO, GEO and Content Optimization Manager who combines analytical rigor with strong content instincts. The role identifies topics that bring in qualified traffic, builds a GEO strategy so content is preferred over competitors in AI-generated answer engines, and guides content creation that supports these insights.

Key responsibilities

• SEO research and intent analysis: keyword, topic and intent research with Semrush, mapping competitive rankings to find gaps and recommending content priorities, updates and refinements.
• GEO strategy: build and own the GEO framework, optimize content for AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, etc.), and implement structured content, schema markup and Q&A formats.
• Partner with PMM and content teams to create GEO-ready content, and improve clarity, structure and performance of existing content such as solutions, products, blogs, FAQs and resources.
• Recommend targeted updates for high-value pages and work with the web team to implement them without owning full-site UX.
• Update chat playbooks using Qualified to improve engagement, routing, segmentation and meeting conversion.
• Own SEO/GEO reporting with Semrush (required), GA4 and related tools, track rankings, organic traffic and GEO visibility, build dashboards and set up a continuous improvement roadmap.

Required profile

• 3-5+ years of experience in SEO, content optimization or digital content strategy.
• Strong understanding of search intent, metadata, content structure and on-page SEO.
• Strong writing and editing skills focused on content clarity and performance.
• Familiarity with AI-based search optimization (GEO) or eagerness to learn it.
• Experience refining chat playbooks, with Qualified preferred.
• Analytical, organized and able to turn insights into prioritized recommendations; collaborative across digital, content, PMM and demand generation teams.
