Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Project/Program Manager to lead the delivery of video, written, visual and social assets for our clients. You will act as the bridge between clients and our creative teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on scope and with high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple short‑term and long‑term projects across several markets.
• Schedule workflows, identify resource needs, flag risks and collaborate on solutions.
• Coordinate with Distillery’s creative and social teams to produce visual and written content.
• Lead daily scrums, manage in‑house and freelance writers, proofreaders and translators.
• Set up new projects, define detailed processes and assess resourcing requirements.
• Onboard new freelancers onto Distillery tools and processes.
• Continuously improve project‑management processes and adopt AI‑driven workflows.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
• Experience working with diverse industries and creative stakeholders.
• Leadership mindset to guide a growing delivery team.
