Content Producer

About the role

We are looking for a Content Producer to lead the creation of Plaid’s flagship podcast and video series, Intelligent Finance. Reporting to the incoming Content Lead, you will own the full production lifecycle and work closely with senior leaders to turn complex financial technology concepts into engaging stories.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and edit the Intelligent Finance podcast and video series from concept through final delivery.
• Partner with the Content Design team to translate product and narrative ideas into video‑native storytelling.
• Build and maintain a repeatable, high‑quality production process and manage a network of external partners.
• Collaborate with Social, Brand Marketing, Creative, Communications and Product Marketing on distribution and amplification.
• Coordinate executive‑facing content with the Communications team.
• Help define Plaid’s visual and editorial approach to video as the brand expands its content portfolio.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in content marketing.
• Proven track record producing high‑quality video content end‑to‑end.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong storytelling instincts across long‑ and short‑form formats.
• Ability to simplify complex, technical subject matter for a broad audience.
• Executive presence and composure when working directly with senior leadership.
