Project Manager – Imaging System Installations in Trailers

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead mobile projects that install advanced imaging systems into coach trailers such as ambulances, RVs, and custom trailers. The role spans the full project lifecycle from pre‑booking to final turnover, ensuring on‑time delivery and compliance with quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create project spaces and submit Project Cost Assessment (PCA) forms.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end activities with coach vendors, Mechanical Installation Vendors (MIV), Installation Engineers, and internal teams.
• Order pre‑install parts, track missing or damaged items, and submit required checklists and delivery reports.
• Maintain accurate scheduling, delivery confirmations, and revenue reporting.
• Review and approve out‑of‑scope requests.
• Lead weekly vendor meetings to monitor milestones and resolve issues.
• Communicate status updates, schedule changes, and key information to internal and external stakeholders.
• Travel nationwide to trailer manufacturers, perform site visits, and monitor build progress.
• Accept Siemens equipment deliveries and coordinate expectations with MIV and manufacturer leads.
• Drive process‑improvement initiatives, root‑cause analyses, and support audits as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing mobile projects for imaging system installations.
• Ability to work with multiple vendors and internal engineering teams.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the United States.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to handle documentation and stakeholder updates.
