Revenue Cycle Specialist – Remote

About the role

Raventra Health is seeking a Revenue Cycle Specialist to manage day‑to‑day revenue cycle operations for provider and hospital clients. The role supports billing, claims, payment posting, accounts receivable and denial management to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement.

Key responsibilities

• Process and review revenue cycle transactions across assigned client accounts.
• Support claim submission, status follow‑up, payment posting and accounts receivable activities.
• Investigate unpaid, rejected, and denied claims and route issues to the appropriate team.
• Review accounts for missing information, billing issues and payment discrepancies.
• Assist with account reconciliation and resolution of outstanding balances.
• Identify recurring issues and escalate trends affecting revenue cycle performance.

Required profile

• Experience in Revenue Cycle Management, medical billing or healthcare administration.
• General understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle from registration through payment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to research and resolve account discrepancies.
• Good organizational, time‑management and communication skills.
