Project Manager II (Multi-Specialty Clinical Trials)

About the role

Allucent helps small-to-medium biopharmaceutical companies navigate clinical trials so they can bring new therapies to patients worldwide. As a Project Manager II, you will lead global clinical trials from start-up through final delivery, overseeing cross-functional teams and acting as the main contact for sponsors, vendors and internal stakeholders. The role suits someone experienced in Infectious Disease, Immunology & Inflammation, Cell & Gene Therapy and Neurology.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver clinical trials on time, within scope and on budget
• Develop and execute project plans aligned with GCP, SOPs and regulatory standards
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, vendors and internal teams
• Select, manage and oversee vendors
• Proactively address challenges, scope changes and resource allocation to mitigate risks and control budgets
• Keep the Trial Master File and study records complete and inspection-ready

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare and/or business
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in drug development and/or clinical research
• Minimum 1 year of project management experience as a clinical project manager
• Experience managing the full clinical trial lifecycle (start-up, maintenance, close-out)
• Expertise in Infectious Disease, Immunology & Inflammation, Cell & Gene Therapy and Neurology programs

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of ICH-GCP(R2) and data and patient privacy practices
• Knowledge of applicable local regulatory requirements
• Financial acumen, administrative excellence and analytical skills
