Project Manager I – Launch Program 2027

About the role

Join Mastercard’s 18‑month Launch Program as a Project Manager I, where you will connect ideas, people, and markets to drive commercial impact. You will work on technology mergers and acquisitions, helping evaluate targets, design integration strategies, and execute complex transformation programs.

Key responsibilities

• Assess technology environments of target companies and design future‑state architectures.
• Coordinate cross‑functional workstreams across Technology, Product, Security, Finance, and corporate functions.
• Manage program execution from pre‑deal due diligence through post‑close integration and value realization.
• Support newly acquired organizations in transitioning into the Mastercard ecosystem.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and help drive Mastercard’s growth strategy.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or accelerated Master’s degree with anticipated graduation between Dec 2026 and Jun 2027.
• Previous internship experience in project management, technical program management, or a related field (preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership through academic projects, student organizations, or community involvement.
• Exposure to data‑analytics concepts, tools, or methodologies through coursework or projects.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
