Project Manager – Garden-Style Residential Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a 2‑year garden‑style multifamily residential build in Miami. The position is with a 100% employee‑owned general contractor, offering ESOP equity that grows with each successful project.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the ground‑up garden‑style residential project from pre‑construction through closeout.
• Own budgets, schedules, buyout processes, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Manage subcontractors, consultants, and the field team to keep the job on time and on budget.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the owner, architect, and design team.
• Drive quality, safety, and the high standards the firm is known for.

Required profile

• Project Manager experience with a general contractor.
• Ground‑up multifamily experience strongly preferred.
• Strong command of scheduling, cost control, buyout, and subcontractor management.
• South Florida market knowledge and established trade relationships a plus.
• A builder's mindset: accountable, organized, and proud of the work.
