Project Manager – Facilities/Maintenance Operations

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the full life‑cycle management of the maintenance services contract at Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for contract execution, operational performance, financial results and customer satisfaction while overseeing a team of roughly 40 employees.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end oversight and leadership of the maintenance contract to ensure successful execution.
• Develop and implement program assessments and continuous‑improvement processes to drive operational excellence.
• Manage all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control and loss prevention.
• Lead contract modifications, negotiations and execution of contractual changes.
• Partner with supervisors and technical leaders to understand customer requirements and deliver projects.
• Supervise personnel, set performance goals and ensure workforce effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, contractual obligations and safety standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing large‑scale facilities or maintenance contracts.
• Strong leadership abilities with responsibility for a workforce of ~40 staff.
• Demonstrated capability to work with government stakeholders and adhere to regulatory requirements.
• Solid financial management skills, including budgeting and cost control.
