Project Manager – Digital Performance Agency

About the role

As a Project Manager at Noble Studios, you will lead the day‑to‑day execution of multiple client initiatives, turning business goals into actionable digital strategies. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure high‑impact outcomes in a fast‑paced agency environment.

Key responsibilities

• Translate client objectives into detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, briefs, and status reports.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor budgets, optimize resource utilization, and ensure financial compliance.
• Facilitate internal and client meetings to maintain alignment and accountability.
• Motivate marketers, designers, developers, and engineers to meet project goals.
• Communicate progress clearly to all stakeholders.
• Travel occasionally for in‑person client engagements.

Required profile

• 4+ years of project management experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• 3+ years working in a creative or marketing‑focused environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi‑phase projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Experience leading remote or distributed teams.
