We are seeking a Project Manager to support the SVP of Global Creative for a fast‑growing beauty brand. The ideal candidate thrives in a high‑tempo environment, loves inclusive community building, and excels at keeping complex projects on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules and timelines.
• Identify risks early, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and drive accountability to meet milestones.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to leadership and project teams.
• Escalate potential delays, propose solutions, and ensure alignment across partners.
• Implement best‑practice scheduling tools and continuously improve workflows.
• Facilitate regular check‑ins, milestone reviews, and keep all stakeholders informed of deadlines and risks.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in project management.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills with the ability to influence teams.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and focused on meeting deadlines while mitigating risks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with scheduling tools.

What we offer

• Competitive salary range of $66,000 – $75,000 per year.
• Performance‑based bonus of up to 10%.
